Well it's Friday and in lieu of doing a podcast today I decided that I would post this funny little rap that was heard locally in Atlanta on The Regular Guys morning show on Rock 100.5 It is entitled "We're Going to Have a BBQ on Pennsylvania Avenue." Enjoy!

Future Podcast Plans
So I plans to begin doing the daily podcasts again like I was doing right before the election. I just needed some time to recover and get revved up about politics again. Anyways, I will start next week officially with new short podcasts three times a week. There may be one this week as well, but everything will kick off officially next week. Also, we will be doing many more LIVE BROADCASTS with our friends over at GreaterAtlanta.com in future. Those are a lot of fun because we can have callers and get real-time responses from people. It is a great way for open discussion about the political scene. So be on the lookout for that real soon. And remember...next week...

I Met Sarah Palin Today
Yeah so I went to the Saxby Chambliss for Senate rally today at the Gwinnett Arena. Saxby brought in Sarah Palin to get people fired up. I arrived at the arena around 1PM. They let us in out of the cold around 2:15PM. Saxby and Sarah took the stage a tad after 4PM. Then they did the rounds and shook hands & signed items. It was quite cool. I was lucky enough to get in the front and got to spend a good two or three minutes with Sarah Palin about two feet in front of me. Quite the experience. Here are some pics:

More LIVE Broadcasts
Well now that the 2008 Presidential Election is finally over, some things are going to change over here at Griffin2024.com One thing is that we will now be doing weekly live broadcasts in the interest of keeping the conservative voice alive in this great country of ours. We plan to be a system of checks and balances, if you will, for the United States and President-Elect Barack Obama. These weekly broadcasts will provide a great opportunity for you and fellow Americans to voice your opinions and thoughts on what is happening in our country.
With that said, I do believe that it is our job now as Americans to support our newly elected president. We do not have to agree with him all of the time, but we must respect and support him as much as we can. However, when he makes a mistake or takes our country down the wrong road, it is also our job to voice that to the rest of America.
Anyhoo, the details about the upcoming LIVE broadcasts will be posted soon. Stay tuned.

How Dare She Ask Tough Questions
Here's a video that is making the rounds on the internet this weekend. It involves a local anchor from Orlando asking Joe Biden some actual tough, legit questions. After the interview, the Obama-Biden campaign decided to no longer offer this station anymore interviews.
